Poetic Word Ministries is a non-profit ministry whose ultimate desire is to spread the love of Christ through poetry. Its founder, Minister Tonya F. Jones, is committed to motivating people all across the country on how to allow the truth of God’s infallible Word to guide and direct their daily living. Her aim is to touch hundreds of lives through her inspirational women’s conferences, through special missions both home and abroad, and through a variety of community awareness projects geared toward addressing the needs of others.

Poetic Word Ministries seeks to be a family to the underprivileged, forgotten widows and the elderly; to be a leader and role model to our misguided and misunderstood youth; and to be the encouragement and inspiration to our fellow man in all walks of life. In Zechariah 7:9-10 it says that we must,

Execute true judgment, and show mercy and compassions every man to his brother and oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.

Through our spiritual works and continued dedication, Poetic Word Ministries seeks to operate under the authority of God’s calling with pure love in the continued edification of the church. We are presently organizing reading clinics for the elderly and widows; women’s retreats for younger and older women, both married and single; and motivational crusades for both college and high school students.
